2012 – 2013 eSchool Year Calendar
Registration for our courses is continuous – New classes start each week
Students who register with eSchool by Friday – no later than 5 p.m EST., will be able to access their course after 6 p.m. EST the following Wednesday.
(Provided the Admissions Office receives all required tuition fees and documents).
Holidays and Professional Development Days (eSchool closed)
Online classrooms remain available to students 24 hours per day during holiday periods.
Christmas Break
Teachers will be unavailable and School Administration Offices are closed.
December 24, 2012 through January 4, 2013 (reopening January 7, 2013 9am EST)
All students who register between December 17, 2012 and December 28, 2012 will start their new course(s) January 9, 2013 (providing all documentation and tuition fees have been submitted).
March Break
Teachers will be unavailable and School Administration Offices are closed. March 11, 2013 to March 15, 2013 during the annual spring break.

Ontario Secondary School Literacy Test - April 11, 2013
OUAC Deadlines
January 24, 2013
Target date for Ontario universities to receive, from the OUAC, all application data and grades for all applications submitted by January 16, 2012.
February 5, 2013
Recommended last date for students to submit all information to the OUAC, including university and program changes as well as additional active choices, to be eligible for consideration for early admission. Please note: This is not a deadline date. Changes will be accepted and processed by the OUAC at any time.
February 14, 2013
Deadline for the OUAC to receive, from Ontario secondary schools, all final first-semester grades and current full-year midterm grades for 4U/M courses.
April 25, 2013
Deadline date for Ontario secondary schools to report, to the OUAC, midterm grades for second semester courses and interim grades for full-year courses. Grades that the OUAC receives earlier will be transmitted to Ontario universities when received.
July 9, 2013
Deadline for the OUAC to receive final grades for current semester/year courses from Ontario secondary schools.
August 1-23, 2012
The OUAC collects summer school grades from Ontario secondary schools and boards.
