Transcripts / Marks Forwarding

Are you applying to a college or university program this year? Please complete the below form to have an official copy of your marks and/or transcript forwarded to the post secondary institution(s) of your choice or another third party. Please note that eSchool only holds a student's transcript if they are not registered in another secondary school. If you are currently attending another high school, we automatically send your report cards to your school, and they maintain your Ontario Student Transcript.

All students will receive a copy of their report card within 10 business days of writing their final exam. Students who select the express option below shall have their marks forwarded within 2 business days of receiving their final mark from their teacher.
